Miami Marlins News & Updates

The Miami Marlins are making waves as they wrap up the season, but not all news is sunshine and rainbows. The team confirmed they will part ways with hitting coach Pedro Guerrero, a move that signals a need for a fresh approach at the plate after a season of underwhelming offensive stats from players like Heriberto Hernández and Kyle Stowers, who both struggled to break the .240 mark. Meanwhile, center fielder Jakob Marsee is dealing with left elbow discomfort and will see a specialist, adding to the injury woes. On a brighter note, the Marlins plan to keep ace Sandy Alcantara in the fold, which should excite fans looking for stability in the rotation. As the season winds down and changes loom on the horizon, there’s a palpable tension in the air about the future direction of this team.
